Scientia Square Park or commonly called Scientia. Why did my group choose Scientia Square Park? Because this park is not too far from Gunadarma University Karawaci. From Karawaci to get to this park only takes about 10 minutes and this place is very easy to reach. For those who do not carry a vehicle don’t worry, because here is also provided shuttle bus every 15 minutes to Summarecon Mall Serpong or also to some places in Jakarta.

As the name implies, Scientia Square Park is a green park that is exactly located on Jl. Scientia Boulevard Gading Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. This park is inside in Serpong Digital Center area and also near Multimedia Nusantara University. Scientia Square Park covers an area of 1.2 hectares. Scientia Square has been established since 2014.

The reason why Scientia Square Park was established is for the city residents can still feel the green countryside atmosphere in the middle of the city, also city dwellers who are used to busy later can relax in Scientia Park. As well as can remove the sense of fatigue from busy activities.

To enter Scientia Square Park,we have to buy entrance tickets first at the ticket store, it's near the entrance of Scientia Square Park.

The ticket stand is on the right of the entrance of Scientia Square Park. To enter Scientia Square Park doesn't require expensive funds, just spend money Rp.25.000, - / one ticket, which later will be given a paper bracelet Scientia Square Park. 

Scientia Square Park can be an alternative activity to fill the family vacation in an open room or with friends or it can be especially for children. They will definitely love to play in the vast and unique Scientia Playground because many games can’t be found elsewhere. Scientia Square Park is open to the public, from Monday to Sunday. Starting open at 05.00 am to close at 09.00 pm. Usually, Scientia Park will be crowded in the afternoon and will be very full of visitors when Saturday, Sunday and also holidays.

Scientia Square Park offers a variety of games. There are approximately ten games to choose from to enjoy by the child, family, or friends. From playing in the Science Playground, cycling around the park, playing in the fields, feeding Koi fish, playing remote control cars, Wall Climbing, Bike Trail, playing Inline Skate, Skateboard, Futsal, Ping Pong Center, getting to know the different types of Butterflies at The Metamorphosis of Butterfly Park.

On the front that will greet us at the entrance is the Scientia Playground with a large round blue swing, which can hold about four adults, and on the right side of the blue swing, there are also other swings and other games as well.

The bottom under the swing is unique, not hard. Basic swing made safe by the Scientia Square Park, they made the base soft, so that falling won't make our body hurt.

For visitors who want or like challenging adrenaline activities such as climbing, can play on Wall Climbing that has been provided by Scientia Square Park. After learning about the flora, we moved on to the fauna. Scientia Square Park establishes and shows how the butterfly metaforsa at Butterfly Park. Inside this butterfly Park we could saw some colorful butterflies flying around us, and unborn butterflies still a cocoon. Butterfly park we thought was very beautiful, because in it many planted with flowers, fountains and also swings made of wood.

Across the butterfly house is a rather large fish pond and also a rabbit's house. The rabbits in Scientia Square Park were big. The rabbits were brown and some were white and gray. Unfortunately when we got there, the rabbits don’t out of the cage, so we couldn’t see clearly, only could see from outside the cage.

Scientia Square Park even also created a play area by riding a horse. According to the results of our interviews, even the playground is the most popular by visitors, especially children who are eager to try to ride a horse.

The park is located in Serpong City is also decorated its garden with several fountains, but different from the others. The fountain in Scientia Square Park with warm water, so around the fountain, the steam comes from the warm water.

That's all the results of our interview with one of the Scientia Square Park staff. We ourselves felt quite satisfied with this park in Serpong city, so with the park and green areas, pollution can be reduced. Scientia Square Park is suitable for all circles. Scientia Square Park is kept clean so that the visitors are comfortable. Hopefully, many can establish like Scientia in big cities of Indonesia.
